Achieving Passive House certification means the building will adhere to rigorous energy efficiency standards, lessening its environmental impact by operating with 85% reduced emissions.
Mass Timber
Mass Timber construction, a method utilizing engineered wood for structural elements, minimizes the carbon footprint associated with traditional building materials and creates a distinctive aesthetic appeal.
